DVBViewer crashes when switching between "A" & "B&

I have PowerDVD 8.0 H.264 decoder on video "A" with Overlay mode...as this decoder does not work with EVR on XP. While I have ArcSoft HD decoder on Video "B" with EVR (it works in XP).

 

With the above settings, if I switch between video "A" & "B", DVBViewer is stalled. I have close it through TaskManager.

Any comments from someone?

I have Cyberlink PDVD 9 h.264 decoder on Video-A, while Arcsoft Video Decoder (MPEG2+h.264 etc) on Video-B. In both, this time, I have Overlay as renderer. I switch from "A" to "B" without any problem. But when I switch back from "B" to "A", DVBViewer 4.1 crashes.

When I tried v.4.0, no carsh took place despite repeated switching between the above options. So should I be right in assuming that this cannot be an issue of DirectShow as suggested by you?
