Drewmayte Posted June 13, 2009 Share Posted June 13, 2009 Hello all, I am new to DVBViewer, basically I am running W7 and using DVBLink to feed a satellite connection into MCE. I am doing so in order to view encrypted satellite TV from my paycard. I have a phoenix reader and this is working well. The problem is that the satellite feed is terrible in DVBViewer! It is jerky and offers terrible play back. I have tried various decoders including NVidia, Elecard, Cyberlink and ffdshow, still no joy. Plus I have tried all the different renders. I find that overlay works best but it is still pausing and jerky. I read in a post about filters, but I am not fully sure about these, they can be downloaded in the members section so maybe someone could explain to me which ones to use and what I need to do to configure them. To have a direct satellite feed working in MCE is my dream, as I have installed and reformated several times W7 I am now assuming that it is either decoders or drivers. Please HELP!
