Series Link from Freesat EPG

Now then.

 

In case you weren't aware, the UK Freesat EPG, which DVBViewer uses, does broadcast series link data in the EPG, which the Freesat boxes use to record series of programmes without duplicates.

 

I just thought I'd mention it in case you didn't know.

 

From my personal point of view (and I guess most UK users) it would be nice to see this implemeted in DVBViewer as the data is there ready to use.

 

But I do see that only UK users would benefit from it so you might not want to look at it.

I know, I saw it when I implemented the EPG stuff. But at the moment there is no way we could use this data in the DVBViewer and or recording service.
