Switching from DVB-S to DVB-S2 channel makes sound "stutter"

When changing channel from DVB-S to DVB-S2 channel makes sound "stutter". The S2 channel has got AC3 sound and the S channel has normal 2 channel audio. I would say that I always need to rebuild graph when changing to S2 but not when changing S2 to S2 or S2 to S. The DVB card I have is a Technotrend 3200 DVB-S2.
