Download DVBViewer process

Hi Folks,

 

I bought the licence online DBViewer and paid by Paypal on 25th of Jully, but I never received the mail enbedding the link to download the product.

Does someone can help me or did you experience the same bahavior during the purchase process?

 

Do you know how to contact administrator of DVBViewer outside this forum?

Check your Spam-Folder if there is n eMail.

If not write a eMailt to the address on this site:

I did it already, but I didn't receive any reply.

 

I just resent it right now an other time and place different email address in order to reply, you may right, probably anti-spam on the whole chain, but on my behalf, I did check already (classic debbug atitude).

 

Hope wil receive something this time.
