Is it possible to restart DVBViewer by remote control?

Hi!

Microsoft MC Remote control.

In DVBViewer I can restart a PC, I can shutdown a PC, I can close DVBViewer itself .....

... But I can't start it or restart!

Win XP SP3

Sometimes it's necessary only to restart a program without restarting a PC.

Please tell me if it's possible or not?
