Sticky screen at 4 sides when Zoom in/out

When using zoom in/out function in DVBViewer, the 4 sides of the screen usually have residual image. They're 2~4 pixel wide, usually of blue stripes or last frame residual while zooming.

 

I'm using ATI 4850 card. This is observed in 32-bit Windows Vista and 64-bit Windows 7.
