Constant numbering of favourites

Can we have fixed numbering for channels in the favourite list? Now, if I add a channel to the list, all the channels below it get a new number, it is very confusing. It would be better if we can decide that a certain channel is "100" and it always stays that way. Alternatively: add numbers to folders in the favourite list (for example, "Sports" is "5" and the fav list opens in the folder to choose a channel.

If only the OSD would show favourite numbers when switching channels.... The favourite folder list already works with the folder numbering system. If you have a list of favourite folders on the screen you can use 0 to select the first folder, 1 to select second etc. Or do you mean setting a fixed number for different folders? That would contradict with the normal numbering system of DVBV.
