aligebes Posted March 20, 2004 Share Posted March 20, 2004 I have seen an all in one DVB and CI card at www.pulsat.com and it is the VisionDTV SAT-CI. I tried to do some research and think it is a Twinhan card. I was wondering if it is would work with a full version of DVBViewer? I know the SS1 can take a CI, but have been told It can not handle Euro1080, is this true? the SS2 has no CI interface. And I would like to subscribe to Euro1080, but my options are limited. Please advise if this card may work, or if there is a Card and CI that would be supported under DVBViewer. Quote Link to comment

Most DVBS-cards (IMHO all cards) with onboard MPG2-hardwareacceleration can't handle HDTV. The SS2 dont have this bottleneck and can handle this. Quote Link to comment
