antdude
Hello! Where does DVBViewer Pro v4.x keep its timer/scheduler datas in an updated Windows XP Pro. SP3? The reason why I am asking is I'd like to keep a backup of this file and edit through text editors via SSH connections remotely instead of having to use Web based interfaces to adjust schedules. Thank you in advance. Quote Link to comment
Tjod
The Timer from the DVBViewer Pro are stored in the timers.xml in the Configuration folder. But changing the the timers.xml is not a good idea. It is not possible during the DVBViewer is running. And wake up/start up Timer for new entry will only be generate if you start DVBViewer again. An if you us the Recording Service the timers.xml is not used. Quote Link to comment

Tjod
There is CMDline (Members Section) a command-line tool (DVBViewer Pro and Recording Service) http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?...&hl=CMDline Or the COM Interface (DVBViewer Pro) Members Section > DVBViewer COM Interface.
