Plugin Menu is Missing?

I am trying to use the Postprocessor plug-in but I can't find the plug-in menu. I can only see the plug-in menu when I change the skin to "default" but nothing happens when I click it.

 

I copied the dll and ini files of the Postprocessor plug-in to DVBViewer\Plugins. Is there something I am missing here?
