Support wanted error switching channels between transponders

Hello,

 

i'm using a digital everywhere s2 tuner on win 7, whit DVBViewer

if i switch between channels on different transponders my screen goes black (stop streaming if tuning)

 

Ife tried al settings, like retune (3 sc)and channel delay, but it seems that DVBViewer streams the black screen because its not being retuned after 3 seconds.

funny thing is its only from one specific transponder to another, if i zap to a third transponder an than back to the seccond, the tv signal is back.

The spinoff of DVBViewer firedtv viewer does not has this problem, but DVBViewer offers much more and has better channeleditors.

 

Some has a Clue ?
