Add "Start Timeshift"

I suggest to add the option "Start Timeshift" as one of the timer action. Actually, the action would start & pause the timeshift so the user would find frozen picture at the beginning of the timer when he/she comes to the PC. The timeshift would stop on the specified time (and continue to play/be paused according to the user's action since its start). If another record/stimeshift timer is scheduled before the timeshift timer stops, the "old" timer should be terminated and the new timer should get preference (if they are not from the same transporder/multiplex or it is not possible to record both timers from any reason). In all cases, the timeshift file recorded by the timer would remain on the hard disk regardless the "Kepp timeshift files" setting.
