Przemek211
Well, if i'm using 'Wyjscie optyczne' (polish name of optical output) as my audio renderer, i can hear on AC3 channels, 5.1 sound with my amplifier (on Microsoft codec). If i'm using 'default directsound' i can't hear it. But if i'm using 'SPDIF', on no-AC3 channels i can't hear a sound from osd and it's locking other sounds from system (always i hear only short hum). On 'default directsound' this problem isn't shows and wave's from OSD, and other system sounds, can be heared. Maybe i can using Audio A/B, but how to automatically it? e.g. for AC3 channels, DVBV choose Audio B. Or other way to solve this small problem? http://img160.yfrog.com/img160/9071/beztytuuqo.jpg Quote Link to comment
Griga
Maybe i can using Audio A/B, but how to automatically it? Not possible yet for AC3. Currently I'm exploring how and to what extent it can be done. Read here: http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=36650 You may want to try the AC3 Filter. It provides many SPDIF options and is able to convert non-AC3 to AC3 on the fly. Quote Link to comment
Przemek211
Thx, for your reply. I tried AC3filter, but it now works correctly with my music card. Moreover, i'm not going to convert non-AC3 to AC3 - it is prepared by hardware filters in my ampli. And it isn't solving my problem - i would not hear OSD sounds, and other sounds from other programs. Quote Link to comment
