I can't enter the members' area,Please help me!

I am a member of DVBViewer pro,I updated my os to windows 7 recently,and meantime I found that I can't enter members' area anymore.

When I want to access the members' area,displaying invaild username/password.

When I use DVBViewer pro,after half hour,software will shut down automatically.

I am puzzling now,who can help me?

If administrator could help me,I will send my register information to proof.

I came back to windows vista,it's ok.I think that it must be wrong of windows 7.
