uglyned
Hi, The recording service is still detecting duplicate timer events and it always seems to happen when the start time for the event is around midnight - 00:00:00. I don't think it's anything to do with channel names as the ones for the two most recent examples I've seen of this - BBC HD (ac3) and BBC 1 (London) are unique to satellite and not duplicated anywhere. I have seen this numerous times since starting to use the recording service and every time it happens, it happens to programmes that start at midnight. Every time I do an autosearch task, another event is added. I'm sure that midnight is the key to this one... Link to comment
uglyned
And more midnight duplicates. This never happens with programmes that don't start at midnight. Link to comment
Lakeuk
Tried it myself with the latest service but not able to replicate Link to comment
uglyned
You need to add an auto record search into recording service for a programme you know will start at midnight - I guess Football League Show is a good example. Then set up an autosearch timer. It's always happened for me so I can't see it not happening for anyone else... Link to comment
Lakeuk
Can you do a walk through of the problem using screenjelly and post the screenjelly link, I'll follow your recording this evening and see if the same happens http://www.screenjelly.com Link to comment
