No Video or Sound on mpeg2 channels

Hi I just got DVBViewer and have scanned all my channels, all are comming up ok.

When i try to tune to a channel all i get is a black screen and no audio, sometimes i get a static picture but still no sound.

i tried all the channels and found that on mpeg4 channels i get sound but a very laggy picture.(picture attacted)

 

I was running mediaportal and tried wit TSreaderLite and the picture and sound on all channels is perfect there.

 

Please help. I have attacted a support file for you to look at

 

 

Im running Xp sp3

with a Hauppauge NovaTD stick dual DVB-T tuner. with newest driver Version: 3.11.27187

My tv provider is ComX in denmark.

mainboard: ABIT Fatal1ty F-I90HD

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo - E6320 - 4MB - 1.86Ghz

Graphic: ATI Radeon Xpress 1200 Series "Version: 8.593.100.0"

Don't use ffdshow as decoders. Go Options -> DirectX and set as Video decoder Cyberlink and as Audio decoder the AC3 Filter .
