DVBTaskScheduler doesn't start

I'm trying out DVBTaskScheduler_v2.2.3, but when I double click the icon, nothing happens.

 

Running Windows7 and DVBViewer 4.2.1.0. The windows scheduler service is started.

 

What's the trick?

Ok. I added it to the folder of DVBViewer and it started up. Tasks are scheduled, but my computer doen't resume from standby.

 

I have tested resume with a program named "Wake up from standby" so I can comfirm that resume IS working on my computer... but not using DVBTaskScheduler.

 

Is this a Windows 7 issue?
