uglyned Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 Good morning, This morning my PC was still on, it would usually have shut down. Recording service had a red icon saying it was still recording. I could not open the web interface or connect with DVBViewer. The last programme it should have recorded started at miodnight for one hour. It was only a small file indicating that something went wrong during the recording. Link to comment
Lars_MQ Posted December 22, 2009 Share Posted December 22, 2009 please download the current supporttool and create a support.zip again. The current version of the supporttool can also hande an open svcdebug.log, which the old version can not. Link to comment
