raty Posted December 29, 2009 Share Posted December 29, 2009 I have thought that this was an another issue but I have managed to reproduce it now. I find that when a recording has completed and the action on completion is standby the recording service throws a nice dialogue box asking the user if he/her wishes to stop the PC entering standby. If you select this and carry on you find that when you want to put the PC into standby you can not. It simply enters "away mode" (this is how I have my power setting setup). The PC thinks that a multimedia event is still in operation. Can this be fixed if its a problem with the recording service? Link to comment
