Skystar HD2 + DVBViewer problem

Hi.

I'm new on this board so please forgive my english.

On monday (28.12) i bought a DVBViewer.

Instalation was no problem, same as configuration (I think).

But after scanning satelite ( Hotbird 13E) and choosing channels I have some problems.

When I'm watching channels on the same transponder I can change between them and nothings wrong. But when I want to change channel on other transponder my DVBViewer is not responding. It means that screen is black and I cant hear any audio. For example:

When I'm watching TVN and want to change for Canal+ Sport I have black screen. But from there I can back to TVN and everything is perfect.

From TVN I can change for TVN Turbo (same transponder) and this working!

I thought that maybe [removed] is a problem. But no.

On other programs like DVBDream or ProgDVB it's working fine. I can change between channels with no problems.

On DVBDream [removed] works fine (taking keys from CYFRA+ (seca2) card and channels like Canal+ works).

My PC configuration:

Intel C2D E8300

4GB Ram

GeForce 8800GT (new drivers)

Skystar HD2 [removed]

Windows 7 Prof 64bit.

This is my configuration folder:

Do not ask for or discuss plugins for descrambling/decrypting pay-tv or key-codes.

Although the DVBViewer Pro provides full pay-tv functionality it must only be used in combination with a valid subscription of a pay-tv provider, a tv-card/box featuring a "conditional access module" (CAM)and/or the corresponding "common interface" (CI) with a smart-card. This applies regardless whether software-descrambling is allowed in your country or not.
