ter9999
64-bit DVBViewer means using 64-bit plugins and 64-bit video/audio decoders. Some day, there will be a 64-bit version, because Windows 8 only has 64-bit version. PS. ProgDVB releases 64-bit basic version each time when there is an update. They also released the 64-bit professional version last month. A prototype.. Quote Link to comment
Griga
because Windows 8 only has 64-bit version. ...and optionally a 128 bit version, in order to complete the rumours. For DVB applications it's just overkill, because the handling of DVB streams mainly means processing data bytewise (or even bitwise, particularly H.264 video, so a 1 bit hardware would be good ). 64 or 128 bit will do nothing but increase memory requirements and slow the whole thing down. ProgDVB releases 64-bit basic version Who cares? Quote Link to comment
