uglyned
OK I still keep getting these duplicate entry problems and now I think I know why. You can see it from my recording service which you can get at over the internet - I'll give you the address if you want it. OK I have an autosearch entry for a programme and it finds a match on Monday at 00:05. I have padding for 5 mins before start so that means that the event itself should start at Monday at 00:00. But somehow in handling the change of day the event becomes Sunday at 00:00 - a full day early. Next time I run an autosearch task, the recording service again identifies that my programme is on at 00:05 on Monday, adds the padding, checks - there is nothing set to record at 00:00 on Monday (because the timer is for Sunday) and so it adds it again. Except the same bug again means that it adds it for 00:00 Sunday. And this happens again and again meaning I build up a list of duplicates. I'll give you web access to my recording service if you PM or email me - I'm not at home at the moment but can try to send you files if you tell me which ones you want. Link to comment
Lars_MQ
Wow that's a real nasty one. It's an rounding precision error of the involved trunc/frac functions. I think I fixed it now. Link to comment
