Keys Up and Down remapped after timeshift starts

Hi,

 

I use arrows (keys UP and DOWN) to change channels (this keys is mapped default, I think so).

But if timeshift starts (or automatic timeshift is enabled), keys mapping is changed.

Key DOWN activate PAUSE function, and key UP do nothing (or disable pause, if pause is active).

 

Is any solution, to disable these "feature"?

I tried map other keys, but nothing's changed. Other keys produced same result.
