apprentice Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 I want it to be a different directory but it won't let me change it. I have this problem for about a year now. Very annoying. I forgot how to make a support.zip. So if you need one, please tell me how to do it.

Lars_MQ Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Please do the following: - right click on the service control icon in the system tray and select stop service. - open Start -> All programs -> DVBViewer program group -> configuration folder - in the now open explorer window fin and open the folder "config" - Delete the service.xml because is defective. - Start the service again. Then it should work.
apprentice Posted March 21, 2010 Author Posted March 21, 2010 Thanks. That worked. Finally. :-) I have this other problem as well: My recordings result in 0 byte files. Even though i setup DVBViewer like the installation guide says. A new support.zip : support.zip
