Can't change or add a recording dir

I want it to be a different directory but it won't let me change it. I have this problem for about a year now. Very annoying.

 

I forgot how to make a support.zip. So if you need one, please tell me how to do it.

So i can change the dir in the config window and hit ok. But when i look at the config after that it has reverted back to the default dir.

Please do the following:

 

- right click on the service control icon in the system tray and select stop service.

- open Start -> All programs -> DVBViewer program group -> configuration folder

- in the now open explorer window fin and open the folder "config"

- Delete the service.xml because is defective.

- Start the service again.

 

Then it should work.

I have this other problem as well: My recordings result in 0 byte files. Even though i setup DVBViewer like the installation guide says.

try activating reset after standby in he hardware options of the recording service.

Done it , but it wont work.
