DVBViewer crashes after watching HD channels within 2 minutes

HI,

DVBViewer craches after I tune in HD channels and watched for about two minutes. The HD channels are on 125 C-band satellite. I have one DVB-S and one DVB-S2 card. Both of them have the same problem. Here are some information I am supposed to provdie:
