DVBViewer doesn't connect to a TV card through Rec Service

I used DVBViewer Pro V4.2.1 and Rec Service 1.5.0.31 quite well with Technisat Cable Star HD2 on an old PC.

On a new PC, although I made an installation following Wiki again, DVBViewer works on its own,

Recording Service can record programmes, the Test Connection button shows the Recording Service and the proper PC name,

but then "No Hardware" message displayes on the screen when DVBViewer tries to connect to the Rec Service.

 

I read JoeH's contribution and answers on the forum. I checked PC IP as correct, I use both PC IP and local IP 127.0.0.1.

I also tried disabling the AVG firewall.

 

What should I check further?
