bral
After couple hours of searching how to set TT remote control now i post the complete tutorial for newbies. The new TT Remote Inputplugin can be found in the Membersarea -> section. QUOTE This Plugin enables you to use the remote controls of Technotrend cards directly with the DVBViewer Pro. Installation: - Extract the archive into the DVBViewer Pro plugin folder. - Start DVBViewer und choose options -> Input -> Input Plugins - You should see the "Technotrend remote" plugin in the plugin list. - Activate it by checking the box in front of the plugin name. - Select settings (button on the lower right). This shows the settings dialog of the plugin. - In this dialog select the device you want to use. Leave the dialog by pressing OK. - Now you can learn the remote keys in the "Input" section of the DVBViewer options.( Guest_Lars_MQ_*) The manual isn't updated... nowadays to assign keybard key's to command you have to: • go to "Settings / Options /Input" • press the "Learn" button (it remain pressed until you click on it again...) + select the desired command + press a key (or combination of...) or a remote button • repeat the above two + signed line for how many command you want associate/change • click again on "Learn" to disable the learn session • click on "Save" button & "Ok" and you are ready to go... (as you can see you can also "Export" & "Import" the whole set or a subset of key/remote button assignment...) ...but you want a key to minimize DVBViewer that's not listed among the standard one's... so you addictionally have to add a "special" command, i.e an "action"; do so: • go to "Settings / Options /Input" • click on the list where you want to place a new "special" command • click on "Add" button (you can also add a new group of command, just press "Add group" and name it...) • give a name to the command (e.g. "Minimize" in you case) • in the "Actioneditor" windows open the top right drop down list • search and select "WindowMinimize" • click on "Add" button (you can add more than one command in the same "action", for example you may want also add "Mute"...) • click on "ok" button • assing a key/remote button with the above procedure and you are ready to go... ...finally I'm guessing you need another command to restore DVBViewer: now you know how to, the specific action is "WindowRestore"...
