My friend who lives in Germany buied DVBViewer for me , becouse in my country I can not buy PaiPal and other services. the program worked for 4 monts with no problem. Yesterday when I startes it a pop-up accured with a message "USER DATA ERROR" . My OS is Windows 7 Ulttimate . I reinstaled programs , cleaned registry keys , disabled firewall , disablead antivirus and anything that sad on the forum that could be the problem. On the end I insntaled Windows XP SP3 and the error keeps accuring..... Are the licences time limited, or is the licence replaceble or something else...... For 2 days I havent sleeped , PLEASE HELP.... I'm sorry if I am repeting this topic .... Sorry for my bad English... Edited May 14, 2010 by braks Quote Link to comment
Lakeuk Posted May 15, 2010 Share Posted May 15, 2010 Did you download DVBViewer from the members area or get it from your mate, if the latar then I suspect your mate didn't give you the valid DVBViewer or username which should be your email address. Quote Link to comment
