isabido Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 I tried to make a WD LIVE TV streaming and stays black screen without leaving image. What could be happening? The same configuration with my PopcornHour A-100 is working properly. Someone could try? Thanks in advanced!
isabido Posted May 16, 2010 Author Posted May 16, 2010 I test DVBViewer 4.2.1 + Recording Service 1.5.0.31, with this version I get an error that can not play the content. With this version DVBViewer 4.3.1.140 BETA + Rec. Service Test 1.5.0.105, black screen without leaving image Right now I have no support.zip, I promise to send it soon.
isabido Posted June 12, 2010 Author Posted June 12, 2010 Hello again Lars, I leave the support.zip here. SVC and I upgraded to the latest version DVBViewer. The message I get is that you can not play the media. The same configuration with the PopcornHour works perfectly. support.zip

Please refer to the user manual for a list of supported file formats." I tried recording from the SVC, and then replay the recording perfectly from the SVC in the section DVBViewer Mediaserver / Video / Recordings / All The media file is reproducible by the WD LIVE, the problem must be something in the MediaServer connection string that does not interpret correctly.
