With this version DVBViewer 4.3.1.140 BETA + Rec. Service Test 1.5.0.105, black screen without leaving image Right now I have no support.zip, I promise to send it soon. Link to comment

The message I get is that you can not play the media. The same configuration with the PopcornHour works perfectly. support.zip Link to comment
isabido Posted June 12, 2010 Author Share Posted June 12, 2010 (edited) The error message in WD LIVE exactly said: "Unable to play the selected file. Please refer to the user manual for a list of supported file formats." I tried recording from the SVC, and then replay the recording perfectly from the SVC in the section DVBViewer Mediaserver / Video / Recordings / All The media file is reproducible by the WD LIVE, the problem must be something in the MediaServer connection string that does not interpret correctly.
