Log file persists showing up

Despite unchecking:

 

Configure-->Recordings

- Create Information file

- Save EPG as fileinfo

- Write Log

- Write extended log file is inactivated

 

and:

 

Webinterface-->Configuration-->Recorder

- Create EPG information file

- Save EPG as fileinfo

- Create Log file

- Extended Logging (format informations)

 

the log file still shows up during "some" recordings. Not every recording though. What have i missed here? Is there some setting or some ini file to edit to get rid of the log file all together?

These settings are saved per timer, so only new timers will not have this option set.
