dvbviewer 4.2.1 pro

i am having a problem when i try to start DVBViewer 4.2.1 pro. when i open the program i get 0 signal. i have been having this problem for a while now and it's a little irritating at times. sometimes i can open and it starts great,other times i may have to open and close it 2 to 3 times before i can get it to start. my configuration is

DVBViewer 4.2.1 pro

prof 7301 pci-e sat card

elcard,ffdshow,nvidia and dscaler video codecs

coreavc,elcard,ffdshow,divx and cyberlink h.264 codecs

gigabyte mb,3 gigs corsair extreme 2 memory,intel q6600 processor and Ati xfx HD 4350 video card

 

i have swapped out everything in the system:i.e. memory,motherboard,hard drive,video card,power supply and satellite card and still have the issues.

 

if anyone can help with this i would be eternally greatful
