Cinergy HTC USB XS HD does not find cabel channels

I Have Terratec Cinergy HTC USB XS HD. Terratec Home Cinema Basic finds all DVB-C channels. When I scan with DVBViewer and insert the exact numbers as are in Terratec HCB (frequency 330000-400000kHz, step 8000, symbol rate 6956, QAM256) DVBViewer does not find any DVB-C channels. All DVB-T channels are found. Any help would greatley appreciated.
