Terratec Fernbedienung reagiert nicht

Hi,

 

habe eine Terratec Cinergy DVB-C Karte mit DVBViewer 4.2.1.0 in verwendung. Irgendwie schaffe ich es aber nicht die beiliegende Fernbedienung zum mitarbeiten zu bewegen. Habe schon gedacht das garnicht funktioniert habe aber mit der original terratec software probiert, funktioniert. Habe die diversen Eingabeplugins für die fernbedienungen installiert, aber leider auch kein glück.

 

Hat jemand eine Idee!?
