Jerky file/DVB-S playback, discontinuities in DVBsource

Hi all,

firstly, I had no problems before I had to reinstall Vista 32. I hope I have same drivers, sw versions etc now, but of course cannot be absolutely sure.

My problems:

When watching DVB-S (SD) on any channel or any file (divx, mp4, mpeg2), I have troubles with jerky playback. In DVBSource I can see many allocated buffers (over 100), and not null Discontinuities. It was every 20 seconds, after some optimizations (higher priority, Cool'n'quiet disabled, minimal power saving, etc.) it comes for files every 30 seconds, in DVB-S every 2 minutes.

HD is unwatchable when not using DXVA (I want use ffdshow, with witch it worked before).

CPU load is for SD 10-20%, for HD 70-80%.

I tried to play the files in MP Home Cinema, and I worked with no troubles. HD (720)had 40-50% CPU load.

I looks to me DVBSource is not capable to somehow pass the information to following filters in time. I found some german topic in here about this, but I did not get it with my german. There was something with disabling some Shader. Could it be it? How to disable it?

What I tried:¨

- different versions of fddshow, DVBSource, video drivers, Tehnisat SkyStar HD2 drivers - no progress

- enabling AERO - helped little on file playing, but no progress on DVB-S

- disabling ReClock - no progress

Most interesting is, that it worked already.......

If anybody could give me any suggestion, it would be very appreciated.

Thank you.
