DVBViewer not Detecting my CI/CAM module

Dear All,

I've purchased DVBViewer and installed it on my PC

I noticed that it's not detecting my CAM. (the show cam menu is faded)

could anyone help

My PC:

HP Touch Smart 600 PC

4GB Ram

Windows 7 Home Premium
