Bad Error in IVAUDIO.AX

Hello sorry for my bad English.

It's my first post because the search function does not return a response on my problem.

 

Often the software shuts itself and generates an error report windows which I just read:

 

AppName: DVBViewer.exe

AppVer: 4.2.1.0

ModName: ivaudio.ax

ModVer: 8.0.6.109

Offset: 00014944

 

I have no idea where the problem may come.

I have windows XP sp2 With Cam Hauppauge wintv Hvr4000 and CyberLink for video codec and Intervideo for audio codec

obviously the audio codec(ivaudio.ax) is the problem. Use a differnet audio decoder. AC3 filter or ffdshow are good.

try another audio codec (for example ac3 filter -> google), ivaudio.ax is part of windvd/intervideo and seems to cause trouble. therefore try another one.

I installed the AC3 Filter Pack and yet I have no error.
