KevinH
Streaming to my iPhone 3GS works really well over WiFi, but I'd like to try it over the 3G network. When I load the page in Safari http://<ip address>:<port>/iphone the page starts loading then stops. I have port forwarding set up correctly, and I've tried my actual ip address as well as dynamic dns but it still doesn't work. I've also allowed all inbound traffic to my HTPC on the router just in case different ports were being used. Can anyone help? Thanks, Kevin Link to comment

Tjod
Maybe your firewall blocks the traffic from the internet. Link to comment
KevinH
Thanks, I suspected it wouldn't work too well via 3G. Tjod - thanks. I'd completely forgotten about Windows firewall, as I'd been concentrating on setting up the router firewall/port forwarding. It now works, and I can schedule recordings from my iPhone Kevin Link to comment
