Please install the current version of dvbViewer pro first

Please install the current version of DVBViewer pro first, I get this message when i try to install the latest recording service beta, why does this happen even though i have the latest DVBViewer installed

You try to install the service into a folder, which is not the program folder of the DVBViewer Pro or you use a Version lower than 4.2.1 of the DVBViewer Pro.

Have you used the setup to install the version 4.2.1 as base for the current Beta?

Yea I used version 4.2.1 as the base for the beta,could it be because DVBViewer is not is not installed in c drive but the e: drive?

Did you INSTALL it there or did you copy an installation there?

I installed it there.

 

I found a "solution" I made a copy of the DVBViewer folder to the c drive and the installer seems to run now
