Error in userdata

Anyone can help ? I have installed the DVB in my new Win7 PC and when I launched the DVB after successfully installed, it popup the error message "Error in userdata" and asked me to install the DVB with correct data. What should I do ? I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but problem still here.
