No, not at the same PC.

Not quite true!

Im using two instances of DVBViewer right now.

To get it to work both instances must have different usermodes. During installation you can choose which mode to use. Ìf already installed search for usermode.ini in DVBViewer folder and change the usermode so the instances have different modes. Then start them.
