Setting Video Decoder

Hi, I'm new to DVBViewer. Under Settings/Options/DirectX I've set MPEG2 Video Decoder to ffdshow for Video A and Video B. When I look at which filters are being used under View/Filters it shows the Mainconcept video decoder, nott ffdshow. Why is this? I was hoping to use ffdshow to see if its deinterlacing would improve the picture
