Is there possibility add in recording service settings related to cache from DVB HW to network stack (like in DVB Server and netstreamming plugin)?

This is related to streaming in web and upnp. :)

No, definetly not. The standard user plays around with this and suddently it doesn't work anymore. There are things the normal user must not be allowed to access them.
