For my graphic card --

Catalyst verison- 10.8.

 

Chipset AMD 770, AMD K10

..try with TV/Radio Pre-Format Detetection.

Make it shure that Cyberlink Decoder is working as MPEG2 Decoder and at TV playback decoder is in using >View >Filters (black marked entry)!

You have an Directshow problem, use the forum search function and RadlightFiltermanager to correct the problem!

In most case that is a codec pack problem but in Win7 Microsoft Decoder have an higher priority for decoder using, i think (i've none Win7 sys installed).

Only what is listed in >Filters is actualy working! In your case work the ATI MPEG Video Decoder and this decoder is shit, see mosaic!

I copyed the R.L.F.Manager files into PLUGIN folder, but nothing happend.
