Make DVBViewer request correct display refresh

I was thinking that DVBViewer could (maybe) request available resolutions/refreshrates for the active display and ask windows to change the resolution and/or refresh rate to better fit the media.

 

For instance, I have the option to create 1920p/24 and 1920p/60 and even DVD resolutions for my display output (ATI) and it would be very nice if DVBViewer could request a fitting resolution/refresh rate automatically. This would improve upon the judder situation (when refresh rate do not fit with with the media). :)
