Status bar is using 10 % CPU charge

I was comparing CPU % charge with and without status bar display.

Here I have 10 % more charge with displaying.

I don't know from where i'ts comming.

I know, there is a real time datarate counter, but the same is including in Powerdvd ( I use 10 version ).

This one can be displayed via display , filter, cyberlink video decoder 10 + control key down press.

And there, datarate counter diden't use CPU charge...
