Hello, sorry if this question has been posted already;

are there any hopes that the excellent DVBViewer could be ported

on Mac Os ? there are no solutions of the same level on the Mac,

and there are no solutions at all for multi sat configurations

with diseqc 1.2/1.3/usals.

Thanks a Lot

When its done :) i am still unable to create scheduled recordings if the app is not running. The limiting factor is the sandbox which prevents a lot things.

Wau,

you are really working on mac version? So maybe you could in the future develop also version for Synology NAS (embedded linux busybox). The only choice for Synllogy NAs is dvblink which is not as good as DVBViwer+RS.

Tjod is absolutely right, the OSX version will have almost the same behaviour like our OEM builds. The reason is simple: The OSD is completely platform independent and uses OpenGL on non windows platforms and D3D under windows. The performance is very well, even while playing HDTV on a 5k Mac in fullscreen. Anyhow there are a lot of things to do and even if 98% of the code is up and running, the last 2% are extremely time consuming. Especially when it comes to things like automated start the app for recording. Sandboxes are awful in these cases.
