HD Confusion

Hi, I have DVBViewer 4.5 and I'm using a compro S350 card. I can get ITV1 HD fine and the BBC's HD Channel but no other UK HD Channels, for example no BBC1 HD. Should my setup work and if so is there an easy way to receive the HD channels.

 

Also, gotta say I'm not keen on V 4.5 splitting the channels into alphabetical groups, it's fine if you know the name of the channels but not if you just want to scan through them all (is this a setting?).

BBC1 HD should come up after a rescan,it did with my s350.what other HD channels are you expecting?if its freesat thats basically it,itv and the 2 bbc.five and four HD are not available on freesat.
